Classic massage

Classical massage is the best-known and most widely used massage technique in the western world. As a classic naturopathic treatment, their application ranges from a general relaxing effect to the targeted treatment of many physical ailments.

Sports massage

As part of the sports massage, classic as well as other techniques are used to mobilize the joints. Cramps can be treated with targeted stretches.

Lymphatic drainage

The extremely pleasant and relaxing effect of the lymphatic drainage is based on a transmission of the tissue fluid through the lymphatic vessels. This gentle grip technique promotes drainage of the lymphatic fluid and the filtering effect of the lymph nodes.

Reflexology

The reflex zones on the feet represent the entire body with all its organs and body parts - comparable to a map. Reflective zones are projection zones of internal organs on the body surface.

Connective tissue

The connective tissue massage is a manual stimulation of the subcutaneous tissue, which causes a reflex influence on internal organs. With a special straightening technique on the head zones and McKenzie zones, a positive functional effect on the organs is achieved.

Physical therapy

Classical physiotherapy influences the human organism through the targeted use of physical stimuli - such as mechanical pressure, movement or heat. The aim of the applications is to avoid disorders of the musculoskeletal system.

"Mountain Sun" massage - soothing warmth

Powerful massage with slightly heated massage oil, which also reaches the deeper body structures. Treatment area is predominantly the body side (legs - buttocks, back - neck). A final treatment with the cupping glass additionally promotes the blood circulation and accelerates the regeneration.

The Alpin massage consists of a combination of foot and leg massage, with treatment of the corresponding foot reflex zones to promote relaxation. This accelerates the regeneration of tired skier legs. Last but not least, an application of a revitalising lotion.

This treatment consists of a gentle scrub with silk gloves and various connective tissue techniques. In addition to a desired relaxation, the detoxifying and cleansing effect is of great importance. The multi-blood circulation promotes the regeneration and elasticity of the skin.
