In order to make your vacation as safe and carefree as possible, we will comply with all legally prescribed behavioural measures and regulations of the Austrian Federal Government.

Here we have listed the most important information regarding Covid-19 and the associated safety and hygiene measures for you.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations of 90 – 30 days before we charge 40% of the total agree price.
• Cancellations of 29 – 8 days before we charge 70% of the total agree price.
• Cancellations of 7 – 0 days before we charge 90% of the total agree price.
• PLEASE NOTE! If there is another shutdown due to Covid-19 (closed borders / hotel industry / ski area), the booking can be canceled free of charge. A deposit that has already been paid will be refunded.

European travel insurance

• The European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness despite the still existing pandemic status Detailed information on this courtesy you will find here.
• Considering the uncertain times the world is in, we strongly recommend taking out a Travel Insurance.

Hygiene

• In all common areas our customers will find hand sanitizing gels at their disposal.
• The common areas and all critical contact points are repeatedly sanitized throughout the day.
• In public areas, clean outside air is continuously introduced and additionally ventilated frequently during the day.
• The rooms are cleaned with disinfectant cleaning agents.

General measures

• FFP2 mask mandatory in healthcare: hospital, retirement and nursing homes;
• All wellness facilities are open.
• Please do not shake hands.

Breakfast

• Gloves are provided at the buffet.
• All tables are thoroughly disinfected after each use.
• At the breakfast buffet, hand disinfection is necessary every time you access the breakfast buffet.
